Shawn's Regimen

Duration: 60 days 


Diet: No alcohol, sweets, red meats, dairy. Less/low/no carbs/gluten.


Essential Supplements/foods/etc:

(use suggested intakes when possible or what's listed below)

Mastic Gum

Digestive Enzymes

Multi-Vitamins

Manuka Honey

Probiotics


First thing waking up: Mastic Gum


About an hour later: On a gluten free piece of toast, apply a good layer of Manuka Honey & enjoy!


About an hour later: Make a shake/smoothie consisting of the following:

Whey Protein (with HICA if possible)

Black Strap Molasses

L-Glutamine (tablespoon)

Turmeric (Curcumin) (tablespoon)

Grapefruit Seed Extract Liquid Concentrate

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (tablespoon)

Unsweetend Almond or Coconut Milk


Daily Cabbage "smoothie" (raw cabbage and water)


Manuka Honey an hour or so before bed.


Mastic Gum right before bed.


I mostly ate egg whites, veggies, gluten free, etc. 


Looking back, I would definitely add both garlic and extra vitamin C supplements.



Richard's Regimen

Duration: 5 Weeks 


Wake up take a little Cranberry, water and Turmeric powder followed by Manuka honey. 


Breakfast:  Soaked overnight oatmeal with soaked gogi berries, currants and nuts. Tea is licorice or green tea with almond milk (no wheat or lactose in this diet). Wait then chew 1000 mg mastic gum and after a bit, Licorice root chewable. Later 3 drops Oregano oil in water or juice. Juice half cabbage (green and red) with 3 raw brussel sprouts, 3 celery sticks, and a large carrot. 


Lunch is raw salad with many ingredients and a Spelt bread toasted slice. Wait then take 30-40 billion cfu probiotic. Chew another 500 mg Mastic gum and continue to enjoy Manuka honey here and there. 


Afternoon tea is herb or green with 2 home baked oatmeal/buckwheat muffins. 


Dinner:   Raw salad with spelt toast and small amount of quinoa, rice etc.


Later more cranberry, licorice chew, Manuka honey. One Black Seed Oil capsule.
